Our kitchen

Unique home-brewed beer is our speciality and good food is our passion! Nothing goes so well with freshly brewed beer as our down-to-earth, traditionally prepared food. Let yourself be spoilt by our brewery kitchen and then enjoy a lovingly prepared dessert or a tower spirit from our own distillery on the upper floor of our house.

Current speciality beers on tap

Golden Ale

The taste of the Golden Ale is similar to a classic Pale Ale, but stands out due to its colour, which is almost amber. Covered in a light white foam, the slender, slightly malty flavour unfolds – followed by a crisp hop note. A light, fresh beer to enjoy the last days of sunshine.

Beer style: Blond ale, hop varieties: Magnum, Willamette, original wort: 11.5%, alcohol content: 4.2% vol.

Malthouse parlour

Our Mälzerstube is the perfect room for your celebration, conference or presentation. Depending on the seating arrangement, there is room for approx. 55 people.

Brewhouse

The mash kettle and the lauter tun are located on the ground floor of our brewhouse. Here you can watch our master brewer and maltster Yves Hänsl at work.

Shot floor

On the upper floor, our malting floor, you will find the regulars’ table with self-tapping facility, newspaper corner, the maltster’s parlour and our own distillery. This is where the brewing process begins with the milling of the malt in the milling room.

Tapping yourself at the regulars’ table

Nothing tastes better than a freshly tapped beer, except of course a freshly tapped beer. The regulars’ table tap offers space for 12 to 55 people, who can put their talent to the test here.
Take courage!
